After receiving your order, we first check our current stock levels. While many of our products are in stock, depending on your desired size or color, an item may need to be made especially for you. If your desired combination is not currently available in our warehouse, your order will be forwarded to one of our experienced team members the same day. They will then take care of the intricate handwork: braiding the leashes and collars with great care takes approximately two to three days, depending on our current workload.

We are particularly proud that parts of our collection are made in a recognized workshop for people with disabilities in Bremen. For us, this is an important contribution to greater social responsibility and inclusion. The traditional handcraftsmanship gives each collar and leash an individual touch, ensuring that your product becomes a truly unique piece.

Once your new accessory is finished, it undergoes final inspection: We carefully check each product for quality and completeness. Afterward, your collar or leash is lovingly prepared for shipping and sent on its way to you. The entire production process, from order placement to shipping, typically takes three to five business days, but no more than five.
